Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iKeep ERP website and application (the "Service") provided by iKeep ERP ("iKeep", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your company's users.
- The person who signs up creates a company account and becomes its Company Admin, who can add users and control their permissions.
2. Free trial
New companies get a 30-day free trial with all modules. A free trial is available only once per email address. When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only (your data stays visible and exportable) until you choose a paid plan.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Paid plans are billed annually in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the prices shown in the application at the time of purchase. Some plans include a one-time setup fee.
- Payments are made by the methods shown in the application (for example Easypaisa). Your plan is activated after we verify the payment.
- You can upgrade at any time by paying the pro-rated difference for the remaining period; your renewal date stays the same. Downgrading during an active plan is not available.
- If a plan is not renewed, a short grace period applies, after which the account becomes read-only until renewal. Your data is not deleted because of non-payment.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.
4. Your data
You own the business data you enter into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including invoices and tax information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other companies' data, interfering with the Service's security or operation, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Availability and backups
We work to keep the Service available and to back up data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend that you regularly use the backup/export features available to you.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, iKeep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Financial and tax reports produced by the Service should be reviewed by you or your accountant before use.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment, with notice where reasonable.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
